Membership
Membership is open to any woman who is or has been a mother or guardian (by birth, adoption, or fostering) of a multiple birth.
Monthly member meetings provide socialization and educational programs such as CPR certification, crafting, fitness, and motivational speakers. Special Family Events are offered throughout the year for members and their families including an Easter Egg Hunt, Family Picnic, Labor Day Parade, Fall Harvest Party, and Milk & Cookies with Santa.
Morning MOMs is a great opportunity to meet lifelong friends for yourself and your kids! Take a turn hosting or just show up at various playdates throughout the year. These events can be planned in advance or on the whim and are as simple as meeting at the park or having craft time. Mom’s Night Out and Couple’s Night Out are also hosted throughout the year for members.
How to Join
Once registered your 90 day free trial membership begins. During this time you will receive our bi-monthly newsletter through email, and we urge you to read it to keep up with the news of our club and upcoming events. We also encourage you to attend meetings and events to get to know the members of our club. We host play dates regularly and have many family events throughout the year as well. Our member’s only Facebook Page is very active and a great place to ask questions and connect with other moms of multiples!
After your 90 day trial ends to become a full member you will need to pay your dues of $25 with PayPal, cash or check. Each member’s yearly dues include membership in our local club – Dayton Mothers of Twins Club (DMOTC) and the Ohio Federation of Twins Clubs (OFMOTC). Our fiscal year runs from June 1 – May 31. If you are joining us between January – May, your dues are discounted to $12.50, but must be renewed in June at the full amount to maintain your membership benefits. If your dues have expired or you are a new member, your dues must be paid to the treasurer at least 15 days prior to the date of the sale to shop early as a member.
